Hunt-Mexico hosted Inmobiliare Magazine's Real Estate Roundtable in Dallas on May 14, 2007. The dynamic real estate market in Mexico topped the discussion.

Hunt Mexico President Juan Lerdo welcomed the attendees and gave a brief overview of Hunt, and announced the opening of the new Hunt-Mexico office in Guadalajara, Jalisco. Lerdo also spoke about Hunt-Mexico's new plans to create a fund in Mexico focusing on land banking for the growing housing sector.

The panel discussed the institutional investment environment in Mexico, as well as infrastructure needs and the legal and tax systems.
