Daimler Chrysler Financial Services
officially opened a new 23,000 square foot call center in
Hunt Mexico’s Monterrey Business Park in June. The customer
service center will be dedicated to assisting Spanish
speaking customers in both the US and Mexico. The call
center anticipates annual volume of approximately two
million phone calls a year. More than 180 full and
part-time employees work at the office located in Monterrey
Business Park’s first building and Daimler Chrysler already
has plans to expand their operations.
The US and Mexico are among the top
five growth markets for automotive finance products and
services in the world.
