Hunt-Mexico has launched a Mexico Land Bank focused on acquiring prime undeveloped land through Mexico for future development. During the first phase, Hunt-Mexico will acquire land that is ready for immediate development by a regional developer. The second phase will involve identifying and purchasing land for medium and longer-term periods, and future master planning.

Mexico Land Bank is seeking to partner with Mexican housing developers who meet the following criteria:

  • Proven track record, preferably, with more than five years of experience in developing houses in the economic and middle housing sector in Mexico.

  • Annual sales between 220MM and 700MM pesos.

  • Developer must have formal controls of operations and clear corporate governance.

  • No pending litigation.

Mexico Land Bank is seeking to acquire land for housing projects that meet the following criteria:

  • Mexico Land Bank will invest between 33MM and 44MM pesos per project.

  • Housing prices between 220,000 and 1,030,000 pesos.

  • Projects located in fast growing areas.
