Hunt-Mexico has launched a Mexico Land Bank focused on acquiring prime undeveloped land throughout Mexico for the development of housing. The Hunt Mexico team brings the necessary experience for permitting, land planning, development and financial analysis of each project to ensure maximumm return on investment.

Hunt-Mexico is seeking to acquire land in the MX$65MM to MX$130MM price range for the potential development of low to medium income homes. In some instances, Hunt-Mexico will acquire land for the purpose of holding for medium to longer-term periods of sale or future master planning.

Hunt-Mexico seeks capital partners with experienced management teams with similar values to the Hunt organization. Hunt Mexico currently has several opportunities for co-investment in high growth cities throughout Mexico.

In addition, Hunt-Mexico has strong relationships throughout the homebuilding community and will work with high quality, experienced home builders and suppliers to create quality communities.
