Hunt Mexico completes the sale of its interest in the Monterrey Business Park to ING Clarion Partners. Hunt Mexico developed the 38 acre park along with Mexico partners Grupo Garza Ponce and UCalli of Monterrey, Nuevo Leon. In 2007, the partners completed the 140,000 square foot build to suit distribution center for the Mary Kay Corporation.
